Yes. Delivery and return at Udon Thani International Airport is free on every booking, for any rental length, daily from 07:00 to 20:30. Before 07:00 or after 20:30 there's a ฿500 fee per handover.
Where is the meeting point? Do you have a counter in the terminal?
