Booking steps
- Send your details: pick-up and return date and time, place and car model.
- Get a quote: we calculate the price for your actual dates.
- Pay the booking deposit: transfer ฿500–5,000 to secure the car, only to the account we send you on LINE or WhatsApp, then send us the slip.
- Receive final confirmation: your booking is complete only when you receive our confirmation message after payment.
Avoid scams: only transfer to the account our team sends you on LINE @ocarrent or WhatsApp; we never ask for payment through other channels. If in doubt, call +66 84 408 0443 before you pay.
Pick-up day and return day
On pick-up day
- Bring your original passport (Thai citizens: ID card) and original driving licence; an International Driving Permit (IDP) is accepted. Copies, photos and app-based licences are not accepted.
- Inspect the car with our staff and take photos before you drive.
- Pay the remaining rental and a cash deposit: economy and sedan ฿3,000 · 7-seater and pickup ฿5,000 · Fortuner / Pajero Sport ฿10,000.

On return day
- Return with a full tank, as you received it. Otherwise fuel is charged at cost plus a ฿500 refuelling fee.
- Return on time: there is a 29-minute grace period, after which an extra day is charged.
- Returning is free from 07:00 to 20:30. Before 07:00 or after 20:30 it costs ฿500 each time. Please arrange it in advance.
- We check the car and refund your deposit straight away if there is no new damage.
Booking FAQ
How far in advance should I book?
Book 1–2 days ahead, or earlier during Thai holidays. You can book up to 12 months in advance.
Can I book a car for just 1 day?
Yes. The minimum rental is 1 day (24 hours), and you can book it online or by chat. A 1-day rental costs more per day than a rental of 2 days or more.
Which account do I pay the booking deposit to?
Only transfer to the account our team sends you on LINE @ocarrent or WhatsApp; we never ask for payment through other channels.
Paying from abroad?
You can pay the booking deposit by Thai bank transfer or by card (+3% fee). Ask us on WhatsApp for the options. The cash security deposit is paid at pick-up, and there are ATMs in the arrivals area at Udon Thani Airport.
Can I cancel?
Yes, with at least 24 hours' notice. The booking deposit is non-refundable in all cases.
Can I change the car or dates?
Yes, subject to availability. Contact us as early as possible. If you shorten a confirmed rental, the originally booked number of days is charged.
