Are there hidden fees?
No. The quoted price is the price you pay. These are the only extra charges that may apply:
- Pick-up or return before 07:00 or after 20:30: ฿500 each time
- Delivery or collection at a hotel or home in Udon Thani city: ฿350 (free from 7 days) · Outside Udon Thani city: available only for rentals of 7+ days, ฿30/km each way

How much is a 1-day rental?
A 1-day (24-hour) rental costs more per day: the Suzuki Celerio is ฿890 and the Toyota Yaris Ativ ฿1,290. If you need the car for more than a day, 2+ days is much cheaper per day (Celerio ฿750, Ativ ฿790).
Can I rent without a credit card? How much is the deposit?
Yes. Pay the rental in cash or by credit card (+3%, card payments from ฿4,000). The deposit for economy cars and sedans is ฿3,000 in cash at pick-up, refunded when you return the car in normal condition.
What documents do I need at pick-up?
Foreign visitors need their original passport and their original driving licence; an International Driving Permit (IDP) is accepted. Thai citizens need their ID card and original licence. Copies, photos and app-based licences are not accepted. Renters must be 25–65 with at least 1 year of driving.
