Good to know before you book
- Cash security deposit฿3,000 economy & sedans ฿5,000 7-seaters & pickups ฿10,000 Fortuner & Pajero Sport, refunded on return
- DriversAge 25–65 with a licence held for at least 1 year, passport + original licence (+ IDP if the licence is not in English)
- CDW includedExcess ฿3,000–10,000 (sedans) or ฿3,000–15,000 (7-seaters, pickups, SUVs) per incident. Add SCDW for ฿250/฿350 a day to reduce it to ฿0 for covered damage (exclusions apply)
- Before 07:30 or after 19:00+฿500 per pick-up or return (free 07:30–19:00, or on rentals of 15+ days)
- Changing plansReschedule at least 72 hours (3 days) before pick-up and your booking deposit becomes rental credit (use it within 7 days of the original pick-up date, for a rental at least as long as the original). Cancelling or a no-show: no refund. If we cannot provide your car: full refund
- Shortening the rentalThe rental fee agreed in your booking is charged in full, even if you return the car early
- ExtrasChild seat and dashcam free. Pocket Wi-Fi ฿100/day
- No border crossingRental cars may not leave Thailand, including to Laos
