How much is a 7-seater rental in Udon Thani?
From ฿1,490/day (Mitsubishi Xpander and Suzuki Ertiga, 2+ days); the Toyota Veloz is ฿1,790/day and the Xpander 2025 ฿1,890/day. The daily rate drops at 7, 14, 21 and 31+ days: the Xpander is ฿1,290/day for 31+ days. CDW is included.
How much luggage fits?
With all 7 seats in use there's only room for small bags. With 5 people and the third row folded, about 4–6 suitcases fit.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, free of charge. Numbers are limited, so please request one when booking, with the child's age or weight.
How much is the deposit? Can I rent without a credit card?
The deposit is ฿5,000 in cash at pick-up, refunded when you return the car in normal condition. No credit card is needed: pay the rental in cash or by credit card (+3%, card payments from ฿4,000).
Can I pick up a 7-seater at Udon Thani Airport?
Yes. Airport delivery and return is free on every booking, daily 07:00–20:30. We meet you at lane A3, opposite terminal Door 1. Pick-up or return before 07:00 or after 20:30 costs ฿500 per handover. How airport pick-up works
Can I drive to Kham Chanot or Chiang Khan?
Yes. Udon Thani and Loei provinces are within the permitted area for every rental length, on paved or concrete roads only. If you'll climb steep mountain roads often, an SUV like the Fortuner is more comfortable.
