Give us the renter's name or the plate number, what happened to the car and where you are. We'll tell you what to do next and coordinate for you.

If you have an accident
- Stop somewhere safe, switch on the hazard lights and check whether anyone is injured.
- If anyone is injured, call 1669 immediately (emergency medical service, ambulance).
- Call O Car Rent on +66 84 408 0443 before agreeing to anything or admitting fault with the other party.
- Take photos of the scene, every vehicle, the number plates and the other party's documents.
- Wait for the insurance surveyor or the police. Don't move the car until advised, unless it is dangerously blocking traffic.
If you don't report the incident, or settle privately with the other party without telling us, the insurance cover may not apply. Read about CDW and SCDW

FAQ
Does the replacement car cost extra?
No, it's free when the breakdown or damage is not your fault. If it is your fault, the replacement car is charged at the normal rate.
Do I pay for repairs after an accident?
If you are at fault, you pay up to the excess: ฿10,000 per incident for economy cars and sedans, and ฿15,000 for 7-seaters, pickups and SUVs, or ฿0 with SCDW, except in cases CDW / SCDW may not cover. When CDW / SCDW may not cover you
What if the car breaks down in another province?
Call us on +66 84 408 0443 straight away. We arrange a local mechanic or tow truck and a replacement car according to the conditions. Timing depends on the distance from Udon Thani.
